Office Supervisor

The Office Supervisor acts as an assistant to the Owner or General manager. This person is available at a location to handle client feedback and be an information source for tax or technical questions. The Office Supervisor is ultimately responsible for daily reports to the Franchisee or General Manager.

  • Previous tax and computer experience is a plus but not a necessity

Duties

  • Prepares daily reports for the Franchisee/General Manager
  • Prepares weekly employee schedules
  • Handles client complaints
  • Enforces tax, policy and procedure changes
  • Promotes quality customer service
  • Oversees all aspects of the Tax Office and/or Processing Center
  • Prepares taxes as needed
